CS Jefferson (201 E. Jefferson) is the flagship project that started it all. Micro-lofts, comfortable common areas, and weekly events.
Our current expansion includes:

CS Warren (349 and 351 S. Warren) Larger and more flexible micro-lofts, 1 bedroom and multi-bedroom lofts, more amenities between connected floors, and lots of no pressure events in an extremely well appointed building.
