Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site or reach out to us, you may provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and anything else you choose to share. If you apply for an apartment or office, you provide the information needed to process that application.
Information from calls and texts. If you call or text us, we keep your phone number and the contents of the conversation so we can help you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site. This may include third-party analytics and advertising tools (for example, LinkedIn) that collect information about your browsing. See "Cookies and tracking" below.
Payments. We do not process payments or collect credit or debit card numbers through this website.

Text messaging program
We offer a text line so that people interested in our apartments and offices can reach us — particularly when they call and we're not able to answer right away. This program is operated by Commonspace Properties, Inc. We do not use it to send marketing or promotional offers.
How it works, and your consent. The conversation begins with you contacting us by phone. When you call our number and we're unable to answer, our messaging provider automatically sends one reply text to the number you called from, so we can help. By calling us and continuing over text, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number for the purpose of answering your questions. We only text people who have first contacted us; we never text purchased or sourced phone lists.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Commonspace does not charge you for the messages themselves.
Help. Reply HELP at any time and we'll send you contact information. You can also reach us at 315-741-5272 or info@commonspace.com.
Opting out. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) at any time to stop receiving texts from us. We'll send one confirmation, and we won't text you again unless you contact us.
Your mobile information is private. No mobile information — including your phone number, your messages, and your opt-in or consent data — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the messaging line, and only as needed to deliver the service.
How we use and share your text messaging data, in plain terms. We use your phone number only to respond to you and to send customer-care text messages about apartment or office availability. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this line. We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number, your messages, or your SMS opt-in and consent data, and we do not share that information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files a website places on your device to help it recognize your browser and remember certain information. Your personal information is kept behind secured networks and is accessible only to a limited number of people who need it to do their jobs and are required to keep it confidential. We use malware scanning and encrypt sensitive information transmitted through our site using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
